I struggle to describe what is so special about Lissom’s music. They sound like nothing I’ve ever heard before yet always knew I wanted. Their first record ranks as one of the most beautiful I’ve ever heard. “Eclipses” is a an impressive step forward for Lissom. The songwriting is more mature and immersive, and the production is crystal-clear with multi-layered vocals, and lush string arrangement.

I am so, so grateful to finally have this on vinyl. Julien, thank you. Might be my favorite record I own. Two incredible standouts: XX and XXIII. This installment is slightly darker, slightly more assertive than its brethren. That's what makes it my favorite.

Less a fantasia, more a farewell. This one strikes me more mournful, less hopeful and explorative than its predecessors; a poignant ending to a series of wispy poetry spoken in a universal language. Thanks Julien. A total pleasure.
